Employment Principles

All Balfour Beatty Operating Companies comply with a number of key corporate principles in relation to their employment policies and practices.

Our corporate principles are communicated to all employees and offer clear guidance on how we expect everyone in our operating companies to behave.

The principles are detailed in three booklets:

• Business Conduct Guidelines
• Core Principles and Commitments
• Stakeholder Codes of Practice

These booklets govern our approach on crucial subjects such as safety, health and environment, as well as how we relate to key stakeholders: shareholders, employees, customers and suppliers.
