White City is central to the BBC’s Property Strategy for London. The full scope of the project is subject to planning approval and the BBC’s proposed property partnership with its Preferred Bidder - Insight the Land Securities Trillium bid.

Key elements of the proposed project include a 40,000 sq m Broadcast Centre, a central office building of 42,000 sq m, a music centre of 14,000 sq m and the Gateway Office Building of 20,000 sq m. Heery will provide a range of services including master planning and management of pre-construction and early works packages.
