The purpose of this event is to provide analysts and investors with an opportunity to enhance their understanding of a number of aspects of Balfour Beatty’s core business and some key drivers of its long-term growth. Visits will be made to Heathrow Terminal 5 where Balfour Beatty is responsible for in excess of £400 million of work, the £148 million M25 widening and Heathrow Spur Road project adjacent to the airport and the £220 million University College London Hospital, the first phase of which will open in 2005.
Presentations will be made by a number of senior Balfour Beatty managers on subjects including the Group’s position and prospects in the UK roads and healthcare markets. These will appear on the company’s website, www.balfourbeatty.com, as soon as possible after the conclusion of the event.
