Balfour Beatty Corporate Responsibility Report 2006

We want to be judged on the responsible management of our business

main content

Balfour Beatty creates and cares for essential assets - hospitals, schools, road, rail and utility systems and buildings of all kinds. We seek to benefit the communities in which we operate not only through our work but also by engaging positively and seeking additional social benefits.

The long term success of our business depends not just on the continuing delivery of the highest-quality technical skills and disciplines, but also demonstrable commitment to and achievement in fulfilling our wider responsibilities.

Safety & health

It's our responsibility to protect our employees and the general public from the potential dangers involved in the construction process and its results. Safety is our number one priority.
